The building shells of the first phase of Arcus City have been completed
We have completed the shell of building E and F from the first phase. Out of a total of 50 apartments, the last three remain to be purchased. The building will be completed and ready for occupation in the second half of 2023. The project includes a plaza with a relaxation area and shops. We are implementing the project with the BREEAM environmental certification.
