We started construction and sales of Timber Praha project
This is the first timber multi-storey apartment buildings in Prague in modern history. Timber Praha is being developed as part of the Arcus City residential complex and offers 62 apartment units in modern multi-storey timber buildings made of solid timber panels. We follow the vision of our parent company, UBM Development AG, which plans to become Europe's largest developer of eco-friendly timber-framed buildings and currently already builds timber buildings and hybrid buildings in Austria and Germany.
