UBM Development Czechia has successfully completed residential buildings A to D
UBM Development Czechia has successfully approved first buildings in the residential project Arcus City. All 100 units of these buildings are sold out as of today. Company is also completing and preparing for approval buildings E and F with a total of 50 flats, continuing the construction of the second phase and Timber Praha - the first multi-storey apartment buildings made of timber in Prague. UBM plans to complete the entire Arcus City complex, located in the Prague-Reporyje district, in 2025. The project is being sold exclusively by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
