The company's vision is to build 250,000 m2 of timber buildings by 2026. UBM Development Czechia is building the Timber Prague project - living with good energy, which is being implemented within the Arcus City complex in the Czech Republic. This is the first timber multi-storey apartment buildings in Prague in modern history. Timber Praha offers 62 apartments in modern multi-storey timber buildings made of solid wooden panels.
