Arcus City has the foundation stone and starts selling the next phase with 50 apartments

On Wednesday, 29 September 2021, the foundation stone of the Arcus City residential complex was laid. Now we are launching the sale of the second phase with 50 apartments, because the first with 100 apartments generated a great demand. "From the first phase of the Arcus City project, which we will complete in 2023, we have already sold 70% of the apartments, with another 15% under negotiation.

In order to satisfy all those interested in living in this new Prague residential location, we are now putting on sale another 50 apartments with layouts 41 to 135 m2 – each with its own balcony, terrace or front garden. The apartments will be available for occupation at the turn of 2023 and 2024. Other phases of the project include single-family homes and commercial space. We want to complete the entire complex in 2024," said Josef Wiedermann, Managing Director of UBM Development Czechia, on the occasion of the foundation stone laying.
