Timber Praha project, is located in the Prague-Reporyje district and part of the Arcus City residential complex. The houses in the most energy-efficient category A and with BREEAM Excellent environmental certification have a number of modern technologies in the apartments for comfort, ease of use and energy savings. Future owners can move in as early as this autumn. For those interested in sustainable, healthy and elegant living, the developer is preparing a model apartment for late summer. Currently, the "Open Days" event is underway, which is open to the general public and allows tours of the projects every working day at 1 pm. The sale is being handled exclusively by real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
Modern apartment buildings made of CLT panels include a total of 62 units with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk with sizes from 39 m2 to 110 m2. Each apartment has a cellar, parking space in underground garages, balcony, terrace or front garden. The project is characterized by maximum respect for sustainability and environmental friendliness. The houses have a number of energy-saving elements, which are heat pumps, geothermal wells or photovoltaic panels. The windows are fitted with exterior blinds. The apartments have underfloor heating, which cools in summer and heats in winter. The Smart Home system regulates heating and cooling and measures energy consumption.
"The completion of the Timber Prague project is a significant milestone for us. The interest in it confirms that ecological, healthy and energy-efficient housing has great potential. Apartments with BREEAM ecological certification are a confirmation for the owners of a quality investment, growth in property value over time and reduced operating costs in the future," comments Josef Wiedermann, Managing Director of UBM Development Czechia, and adds: "We are currently offering buyers a subsidised mortgage for two years with a guaranteed interest rate of 2.89 %. This is more affordable thanks to low repayments and allows for a higher value mortgage loan. It also represents savings of up to tens of thousands of crowns, which can be used to buy, for example, a kitchen unit including appliances. I would also like to invite the general public to a tour of this unique good energy living project, which we are organising as part of our Open Days."
The houses are part of the new Arcus City district on the border of the Řeporyje and Stodůlky districts, which have all civic amenities. The new district is characterized by a quiet family atmosphere, which is enhanced by the beautiful nature in the surroundings. Nearby there are schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, restaurants, medical facilities post office and other shops. A bus stop will soon be opened in Arcus City, connecting the residential area with metro stations B - Stodůlky and Luka, which will provide residents with excellent connections to the center of Prague (about 20 min). For pleasant walks it is possible go to the nearby Prokopské and Dalejské valley or to the Řepora Biopark. There are cycling trails and playgrounds in the surroundings.
Bus lines 130 and 246 provide connections to Stodůlky and Luka metro stations
