Timber Praha comprises a total of 62 units with a layout of 1 + kk to 4 + kk with sizes ranging from 39 m2 to 110 m2 in modern apartment buildings made of CLT panels. Each apartment has a cellar, parking space in underground garages, balcony, terrace or front garden. The project is characterized by maximum respect for sustainability and environmental friendliness. The houses have a number of energy-saving elements, heat pumps, geothermal wells or photovoltaic panels. The windows are fitted with exterior blinds. The apartments have underfloor heating that cools in summer and heats in winter. The Smart Home system regulates heating and cooling and measures energy consumption. The project is approved, and apartments are ready to move in.
